‘£120m’ – Manchester United sent blunt Stoke City transfer verdict

Stoke City fans have been reacting to reports that Manchester United are scouting defender Nathan Collins ahead of a potential move.

Old Trafford bosses have been long-term admirers of the 18-year-old and were linked throughout the summer.

The central defender would go onto shun the advances of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Co. signing a new contract to fend off speculation.

However, Sky Sports have now reported that United have kept a close eye on Collins and see him as a potential star for the future.

Collins was dropped from the Stoke starting line-up on Saturday, with James Chester replacing him in the draw at Luton Town.

Fans across social media have been having their say on the reports linking him with a move up the M6, with many believing he deserves his place in the City team.
