Police officers have launched an investigation after arsonists torched a bike on a South Cheshire street.
Firefighters were called to Audley Street in Crewe shortly before 3am today (August 27) to reports of a fire in the open.
On arrival they discovered a motorbike was burning.
They now believe the fire is deliberate.

A Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “Firefighters extinguished the fire, which left the motorbike destroyed, with a hose reel jet and made sure it was safe.
“They then handed the incident over to the police.
“Firefighters were in attendance for more than half-an-hour.
“The fire is believed to have been started deliberately.”
