Stoke City have issued a statement to clear up any confusion over the early-bird period for season-ticket sales.
The club’s statement reads: “Stoke City would like to clarify to supporters its position regarding the current sale of 2020/21 Early Bird Season Cards.
“2020/21 Season Cards remain on sale at Early Bird prices until midnight on Monday 6th April.
“With the bet365 Stadium Ticket Office currently closed, fans wishing to purchase their seat before this date can do so online here.
“The Club can confirm that after Monday 6th April, 2020/21 Season Cards will go off sale but will re-open at a later date which will be announced in due course.
“When this date is confirmed, and due to financial uncertainty for many supporters during this difficult time, 2020/21 Season Cards will be back on sale at today’s Early Bird price.
“Current Season Card holders who wish to renew in this next sales period will still be able to keep their seat.
“Supporters currently paying by direct debit have a choice to continue with their monthly payment or to stop payment on next season’s card.
“Those wishing to stop payment on next season’s card should contact the Ticket Office as soon as possible.”
