The number of confirmed cases of coronavirus in Cheshire East has reached 61.
Public Health England released the latest figures yesterday (Monday, March 30) and is expected to issue a further update later today.
The latest figures show there is also a total of 33 confirmed cases in within the Stoke-on-Trent local authority area.
As many cases are not tested the actual number of cases in each area will actually be far higher.
According to the PHE figures, six people have died at hospitals run by the Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

The figures show there have been combined 11 deaths at hospitals run by the University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust.
Nationally, there are 22,141 total confirmed cases in the UK, with 1,408 deaths and 135 recoveries. Further updates are expected this afternoon.
