Coroner trying to trace family after man dies at care home


The coroner is trying to trace the family of a man who died at a care home in Stoke-on-Trent.

Lloyd Haselhurst passed away at Hilton House Care Home, in Hartshill.

Police, who say the 73-year-old’s death is not suspicious, have today issued an appeal on behalf of the North Staffordshire coroner’s office.

A Staffordshire Police spokesman said: “The Coroner is appealing for help to trace the family of Lloyd Haselhurst, 73, who sadly died at Hilton House Care Home in Stoke-on-Trent.

“His death is not suspicious. Any family members, friends or anyone who can provide information as to possible relatives should call 01782 234777.”
