Police are taking no further action against two men arrested after disorder broke out in a Stoke-on-Trent street
They were arrested on suspicion of causing criminal damage following the dispute in Derry Street, Heron Cross.
But the victim did not want to take the matter any further and the two men were released without charge.
The incident happened at 10.55pm on Wednesday, May 20.

A Staffordshire Police spokesman said: “We were called to a report of disorder and damage to a car parked on Derry Street.
“A man in his 50s suffered a cut to his arm.
“Two men were arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to a motor vehicle but were released with no further action as the informant did not wish to pursue a complaint.”
Paramedics were called to the scene by police.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: “We were called to reports a man had been assaulted.
“One ambulance attended and dressed the man’s wound. The patient declined to go to hospital and was discharged at the scene.”
