A drink-driver has been arrested after a crash caused a Staffordshire road to close.
Staffordshire Police were called to the one vehicle collision in Longnor this morning (June 28.)
The driver provided a positive roadside breath test and was arrested.
The collision caused the road to temporarily close.
Officers took to social media to report that a herd of cows were now on the road.
A spokesman said: “This morning officers have attended a one vehicle road traffic collision in Longnor where the driver was arrested for providing a positive roadside breath test.
“The cows clearly ignored the ‘road closed sign but PC Blood will moo-ve them on.”
Officers have also seized a vehicle in Wombourne as the driver had no insurance.
A spokesman said: “Another uninsured vehicle off the roads!
“This vehicle was seized today by officers in Wombourne and the driver has been reported for having no insurance.”
