Emergency services have been called to a man on a bridge over a busy North Staffordshire dual-carriageway this afternoon.
Police and paramedics were called to the A50 near Blythe Bridge earlier today (Sunday April 5).
The man is now receiving appropriate care.
A Staffordshire Police spokesman said: “There was an incident with an individual who was suffering a medical episode.
“Officers have attended. He has been safeguarded and is now being taken care of by the NHS.”
