Fewer than 100 people have tested positive for coronavirus in Stoke-on-Trent since the city was placed in Tier 3.
The latest figures from Public Health England show 85 new cases were recorded in the city in the latest 24-hour period.
Stoke-on-Trent hit the 10,000-case mark yesterday, with the total since the pandemic began now at 10,160.
Across the rest of Staffordshire, a further 211 new Covid cases were recorded, including 25 each in Newcastle and the Moorlands and 40 in Stafford borough.
The total number of cases in the county since March is now at 27,117.
Forty-eight new cases were recorded in neighbouring Cheshire East, taking its total for the pandemic to 9,391.
