Four charged with selling cocaine and heroin after car stopped in Stoke-on-Trent


Three men and a 16-year-old boy are set to appear in court charged with selling cocaine and heroin after police stopped a car in Stoke-on-Trent.

The group were arrested after the vehicle was stopped on the A500 on Wednesday afternoon.

They will now appear before magistrates at North Staffordshire Justice Centre later today.

A Staffordshire Police spokesman said:  “Three men and a teenager have been charged with drugs offences.

“The four have been charged with possession with intent to supply cocaine and heroin in Shelton on September 9 and will appear before magistrates this morning.

“Marian Durac, aged 19, of Stoke Road, Shelton, Patrick Durac, aged 24, of Burnham Street, Fenton, Christopher Wise, aged 40, of Grange Road, Lincoln, and a 16-year-old boy from Fenton, who cannot be named for legal reasons are charged.”
