A North Staffordshire learning and development company is holding a free online session to help people cope with life after lockdown.
Solution Focused, which is based in Tittensor, hopes the June 23 workshop will help companies to motivate their employees or to bring furloughed staff together.
It will look at the challenges people are facing post-lockdown, what the ‘new normal’ means and why many people are struggling to adjust.
The company works with huge organisations such as Barclays Bank right down to the smallest businesses and has been offering free online sessions during the pandemic.
Director John Bullock said: “Our broadcast in May reached 90 NHS workers. Many opted to join in, some just listened. It was great to be involved in this unique event and give something back to the heroes working day and night for the NHS in North Staffordshire.
“The unique advantage of our live development sessions is that they allow individuals to take part at home on laptops, mobile phones and other devices.
“In other live sessions we have brought furloughed workers together for team building sessions, allowing staff to train with a live trainer, see each other and interact. The feedback was amazing.”
The free one hour training session is at 6pm on Tuesday, June 23. Places can be booked in advance here.
