Our lively Q & A threw up the topic of Tom Ince a few times and the more optimistic are hoping he still has at least one match-winning contribution to make to the cause between now and the end of the season.
Here’s a selection of what you’ve been saying…
TJ Stokey: He’s a one trick pony that rarely reaches expectation. The only consistent thing about him is a bit of speed but apart from that he’s a one footed player who constantly has to pass back because he can’t use his right foot.
Gavin Goodwin: He’s good on his day and you don/t become a bad player overnight, we should back our players not slate them.
Andy Clifford: Who’d want to pay big money for someone who only really performs every other three or four games?
Neil Jellis: On his good days, which are few, he’s worth having in the team, but those days are outweighed by those where his overall contribution is minimal.
CarolnJason Snape: Sell, it’s like playing with 10 men when he’s on the pitch. Can’t afford to keep playing him on the off chance he’ll have a good game.
Mark James: When he used to weigh in with a few goals he got away with it, but rarely brings much to the table nowadays and one of our problems for the last 18 months.
Ken Hewitt: Who’d buy him?
Jan Flint: Definitely sell, but as others say, who will buy him? Personally I think he should be dropped for the foreseeable.
Danny Joynson: Can’t sell him cuz nobody will want him.
Mark Finer: Give him away.
Shaun Brammeld: Loan out for next three years, nobody will buy him.
Jozef Kociak: Vale might buy him.
