Man confirmed dead at scene after paramedics called to Stoke-on-Trent address



A man was confirmed dead at the scene after emergency services were called to a Stoke-on-Trent home this weekend.

Police and paramedics were called to Federation Road in Burslem on Saturday evening.

The death is not being treated as suspicious.

A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman said:  “Called by police at 7.29pm (Saturday) to Federation Road, Burslem, Stoke on Trent to reports of a cardiac arrest. Two ambulance crews attended and sadly one man was confirmed deceased on scene.”

A Staffordshire Police spokesman said: “Police attended a sudden death in Federation Road, Burslem, at 7pm on Saturday.

“There are no suspicious circumstances and a report has been prepared for HM Coroner.”
