A man is in hospital after an air ambulance landed in Stoke-on-Trent earlier today.
The helicopter landed in Baddeley Green Lane, Milton, at around midday today (December 4).
Two land ambulances were also sent to the scene.
It has now been confirmed that a man who was in a ‘critical condition’ was taken to Royal Stoke University Hospital.

A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: “We were called at 12:02pm to reports of a medical emergency at an address in Baddeley Green Lane.
“We sent the Midlands Air Ambulance from Tatenhill and two land ambulances to the scene. Crews treated one patient, a man, who was in a critical condition.
“He was taken to Royal Stoke University Hospital on blue lights and sirens for further treatment.”
