Staffordshire’s £160 million shopping village has finally confirmed it will open next week.
The McArthurGlen West Midlands shopping village, in Cannock – just 45 minutes down the M6 from Stoke-on-Trent – is set to open on April 12.
The news comes as Boris Johnson’s roadmap out of the coronavirus lockdown continues with non-essential retail opening for the first time in months from Monday.
The shopping outlet village – which says customers will pay 60 per cent of the retail price or less – will boast 43 high street brands.
And the construction work has continued throughout the coronavirus pandemic to make sure the shops can open up in time.
When is it open?
The centre will open 10am to 8pm Monday to Friday; 9am to 8pm on Saturdays; and 10am to 6pm on Sundays.
How do I get there by car?
McArthurGlen Designer Outlet West Midlands can be accessed from the M6, the M6 toll, the A5 and the A38. The Sat Nav reference is WS11 7JZ. Parking is free everyday.
