A festive drive-in cinema event is giving you the chance to watch your favourite Christmas movies on the big screen.
Small Town Big Screen is bringing its huge cinema screen to Crewe Hall for just two days – with four of the top festive films.
The socially distanced event will be showing Elf, Home Alone, The Grinch and Love Actually the week before Christmas.
It’s North West tour will stop off at Crewe Hall on Thursday, November 17 and Friday, November 18 with two shows per night.
Tickets cost £35 per car, which can be shared between up to five people – with doors opening half an hour before the film starts to get everyone parked up.
To listen to the movies, drivers will need to tune their car radio to a particular FM frequency, and are asked to remove roof racks so as not to obstruct the view of other guests.
And no Christmas film showing is complete without snacks! Small Town Big Screen is offering a mega movie snack box for £12.99 featuring popcorn, nachos, pick ‘n’ mix, Pepsi and Kit Kats for two people.
Here are the times for the film showings:
Thursday, December 17
- Elf – 5.30pm
- Home Alone – 8pm
Friday, December 18
- The Grinch – 5.30pm
- Love Actually – 8pm

The organisers have implemented Covid-19 safety measures to ensure the event will be safe for guests, including limited contact with staff – who will be wearing face masks – and hand sanitiser stations.
