Nine police cars and three forensics vans descended on an industrial unit after the discovery of a cannabis factory.
It followed reports of ‘suspicious activity’ at the property on Friday, January 22.
A police spokesman said: “Officers have removed hundreds of cannabis plants from an industrial unit.
“We received reports of suspicious activity at the property in Hempstalls Lane on January 22. The plants have been seized and enquiries are ongoing.”
Police are appealing for witnesses as officers are yet to make any arrests.
