Police officers have issued an appeal after a man was found dead in a North Staffordshire street.
The emergency services were called to Douglas Avenue in Biddulph on Wednesday (March 3).
An appeal has now been issued by Staffordshire Police on behalf of Her Majesty’s Coroner.
A police spokesman said: “David Broadhurst, aged 69, who lived in Douglas Avenue, Biddulph, died at his home address on Wednesday (March 3). His death is not being treated as suspicious.
“HM Coroner for Stoke-on-Trent and North Staffordshire needs to trace Mr Broadhurst’s next of kin.”
Any family members or friends of Mr Broadhurst are asked to contact Hartshill Coroner’s Office on 01782 234 777.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: “We were called at 8.12pm to Douglas Avenue, in Biddulph.
“One ambulance attended and sadly one man was confirmed deceased on scene.”
