Police officers were called after ‘seven youths’ were allegedly seen pelting North Staffordshire cars with snowballs.
Officers were called to Drayson Place in Bradwell at around 5.30pm yesterday to reports of anti-social behaviour in the area.
They attended and carried out a search.
But the alleged young people could not be found.
A Staffordshire Police spokesman said: “We were called at about 5.30pm on Tuesday (29 December) to an address in Newcastle following reports of anti-social behaviour involving about seven youths targeting cars with snowballs.
“Officers attended and conducted a search of the area, however, the offenders had left the scene.”
