Police officers have dispersed a lockdown flouting party in South Cheshire.
Officers were called to Bateman Close in Crewe shortly before 4.45pm to reports the coronavirus regulations were being flouted.
Under the rules of lockdown 2.0 families are not to meet indoors with anyone not part of their household or support bubble.
They can however meet up with one other person outdoors for socially distanced exercise.
Cheshire Police confirmed the Crewe party was dispersed earlier today.
A spokesman said: “An influx of vehicles on Bateman Close raised suspicions that there may be a Covid Breach.
“We identified and dispersed a party and educated those involved and encouraged them to stick to government guidelines.”
A number of party goers have already been slapped with fines in Staffordshire along with motorists caught car sharing and a man who broke quarantine to meet with a woman.
Officers have the ability to hand out £200 fines that increase with repeated breaches.
