Police officers are asking residents to be patient as they experience technical problems with their digital 101 service.
Officers at Staffordshire Police are experiencing technical issues at their HQ that has impacted on their online 101 service.
It is not currently known what is causing the technical issues or when they will be fixed.
But residents are still able to call 101 to get through to police officers.
A Staffordshire Police spokesman said: “Apologies everyone.
“We’re currently experiencing some technical issues at HQ which is having an impact on our Digital 101 service.
“We’re working to get back up and running so please be patient with us. If there’s an emergency, remember to call 999 or alternatively 101.”
