Police stopped a motorist on the M6 yesterday – travelling at 112mph.
The Central Motorway Police Group tweeted a picture earlier today.
They wrote: “Ridiculous speeds on the M6 in the @staffspolice area by the driver of this vehicle that didn’t even have an MOT!”
Meanwhile in Stafford, police used a stinger device to stop a vehicle involved in a drug supply.
Staffs Dogs and Armed Response tweeted: “Shift 2 ARV last night assisted CMPG with the stinging of a vehicle just off the M6 in Stafford.
“The vehicle was involved in drug supply in Stafford. Vehicle stopped safely and one male detained after a search from PC Coates and her drugs dog. Top job.”
