Popular North Staffordshire pub shuts after staff member shows coronavirus symptoms

A popular North Staffordshire pub has revealed it will be closed for at least two days due to coronavirus.

The Blue Bell Inn in Kidsgrove says a member of staff has started showing coronavirus symptoms and has had to get tested.

The Hardingswood Road pub reopened in July along with other boozers across North Staffordshire as part of the Covid lockdown easing.

It says the closure is to protect both staff and customers from coronavirus.
