Port Vale team news v Stevenage as Darrell Clarke makes four changes



Port Vale boss Darrell Clarke has made four changes for this evening’s home game with Stevenage (7pm).

The manager has brought in Leon Legge, Cristian Montano, Jake Taylor and Will Swan as Mustapha Olagunju, Alex Hurst and Kurtis Guthrie drop to the bench and Dave Worrall misses out with an ankle injury.

The game is Clarke’s first home match since he was appointed manager, filling the vacancy left by John Askey’s departure on January 4.

Clarke’s reign began with Saturday’s 1-1 draw at Leyton Orient as Dave Worrall’s 47th-minute opener was cancelled out by Dan Kemp on 63 minutes.

Vale go into this game in 19th, level on points with Stevenage who are 21st and have played a game more.

Subs: Scott, Olagunju, Burgess, Mills, Hurst, Guthrie, Cullen.
