A road in a Staffordshire Moorlands village is currently understood to be blocked due to a fallen tree this morning (Monday April 13).
Inrix, the traffic data company, reports the tree has fallen on Station Road, Cheddleton, between the junctions with the A520 Leek Road and Basfordbridge Lane.
It is currently unclear exactly whereabouts on the stretch of road the tree is.
The area was hit by heavy wind overnight after a weather warning was issued across the area.
Inrix first flagged the fallen tree up shortly after 7am, but it is unclear how long it may have been there overnight.
