Roof and fencing damaged at North Staffordshire pub

Police are investigating after a roof and fencing were damaged at a Staffordshire Moorlands pub.

The Biddulph Arms, on Congleton Road, Biddulph, has been run by several different tenants over the past few years and has been closed for more than a year.

The damage is believed to have taken place last week.

A Staffordshire Police spokeswoman said:  “Police are appealing for information after damage was caused to the roof of The Biddulph Arms pub on Congleton Road, Biddulph. The property has also since had some fencing damaged.

“If anyone has any information please call Staffordshire Police on 101 and quote reference 21200011641.”
