Supermarket giant Morrisons makes changes to opening hours – and this is what it means for Stoke-on-Trent shoppers

Supermarket giant Morrisons has made changes to its opening times.

The supermarket – which has stores in Newcastle, Stone, Cheadle and at Festival Park – has extended the opening times in a bid to help ‘ease congestion and make it easier to shop’.

A spokesman said: “From today, all stores throughout the UK will be open from 7am to 10pm on Monday to saturday, with Sunday hours remaining unchanged from 9.30 to 4pm.
