The Prime Minister has announced a four-stage path to ease England out of lockdown which will start on March 8.
Each stage will be separated by five weeks so if all goes to plan the restrictions in England could be lifted by June 21.
Some of the changes include two households meeting outdoors from April 12, but household mixing indoors will not be allowed until May 17 at the earliest.
People must stay local until March 29 and also on that date six people can meet outdoors and you will also be able to meet with one other household.
Organised outdoor sports, such as Sunday league football, will be able to restart from March 29 for adults and children with no restrictions on numbers.
