These are the coronavirus measures Stoke City are now taking



Stoke City is closing its store and main reception at the bet365 Stadium from today in response to the escalating coronavirus crisis.

Its store in the Intu Potteries Shopping Centre in Hanley will remain open tomorrow before closing until further notice.

The club’s stadium ticket office will remain open as normal however.eve,

The club statement reads:

“Stoke City are to introduce changes in the Club’s operational practices in a further response to the COVID-19 health crisis.

“The store at the bet365 Stadium will close until further notice from today (Friday, March 20).

“The Club store situated in the intu Potteries Shopping Centre will close until further notice from 4pm tomorrow (Saturday, March 21).

“ The online store/stokecityfc.com will be operating online 24 hours a day with the full product range on offer, whilst the mail order telephone line (01782) 826419 will remain open Monday to Friday, from 10am until 4pm.

“Click and collect will be available to collect on Tuesdays and Fridays from the stadium between 10am and 4pm. On arrival at the stadium to collect an item please call (01782) 592126.

“Any existing click and collect items that were for collection from the intu Potteries store will be moved to the stadium.

“The ticket office at the bet365 Stadium, along with the ticket telephone line on (01782) 367599, is to remain open Monday to Friday, from 9am until 5.30pm, with https://tickets.stokecityfc.com/ also available. The ticket office will not be open tomorrow.

“Reception at the stadium will close until further notice from 5.30pm today and visitors to the bet365 Stadium are therefore discouraged. Phone lines will, however, continue to be manned between 9am and 5pm.

“The Club would like to thank fans for their patience at this unprecedented time.”
