This is what we’ll miss most – Stoke City fans on football starting without them


Football without fans just isn’t football as we know it, but everyone has no option except to like it or lump it.

Craig Rhodes: “None of it, I’ve come to realise there’s more to life than watching 22 grown blokes kick a bag of wind about on a field getting paid far too much money……but if I really have to answer it’ll be the pub before the game.”

Tim Harper: “Yorkie Bar at half time when we’re 3-0 up and still worrying we may lose!!”

Scott Price: “Not being able go the Bet 365 Stadium to see it live.”

Jason Daniels: “Navigating my way past the bloke who constantly stands at the end of the row I sit on before the game, he grumbles when anyone comes or goes, tho I’m sure I’ve seen him smile once although that may have been wind. 
Other than that the ‘Delilah’ and `We’ll be with you’ before the game.”

Dave Gidman: “Having a pre-game pint with friends Glen Ford and family/friends.”

Frank Derek Booth: “The atmosphere when Stoke keeps on banging the goals in.”
