Three being treated by paramedics after car hits tree on A34



Three people are being treated by paramedics after the car they were travelling in hit a tree this evening (Monday February 24).

Emergency services were called to the A34 in Stafford after the vehicle hit a tree.

No one is believed to have been seriously injured.

Police, paramedics and firefighters remain at the scene and the vehicle has been made safe.

A Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman said:  “Road Traffic Collision A34 Spitfire Island Stafford.

“Single vehicle hit tree. Three very lucky people being treated by West Midlands Ambulance Service. Vehicle made safe by Stafford fire station.

“Please slow down and drive carefully.”
