A town centre cafe and gift shop has lodged plans for late night music and alcohol.
Gather, in High Street, Congleton, has submitted a proposal to Cheshire East Council that would let it sell alcohol until 11pm Monday to Saturday.
The proposal would also permit alcoholic beverages to be sold until 10pm on Sundays.
As well as alcohol the popular venue says it wants to be allowed to host indoor performances of live music.
