Police officers have visited a popular children’s play area after concerns over youngsters playing ‘loud music’.
Officers in Alsager were called to the Coppice Play Area off Goldfinch Drive to reports of anti-social behaviour last night. Once there they spoke to a group of ‘youths’.
A Cheshire Police spokesman said: “Patrols have been to Goldfinch Drive in relation to anti-social-behaviour (ASB) at the playgrounds.
“Youths have been spoken to in relation to playing loud music on the grounds.
“Further patrols will be made, and any person(s) captured causing ASB will be dealt with accordingly.”
