A family have paid tribute to a ‘kind and generous’ woman who died at a North Staffordshire property.
Police and paramedics were called to Thames Road in Clayton shortly after 7pm on Sunday (April 18) to reports of a woman in a critical condition.
Katherine Morgan, aged 39, was confirmed dead at the scene despite the best efforts of paramedics.
Two men, aged 28 and 40 from Newcastle, were arrested on suspicion of manslaughter but have since been released under investigation.
Katherine’s family have described her as ‘kind and generous person’ who ‘was loved and will be sadly missed’.
The investigation into Katherine’s death is now ongoing.
