Wesley did a very good job! Gave a couple of useful suggestions on maintaining the windows and oiled the entrance door charge free.

We recently had new windows and doors fitted by Potteries Windows, and we're really pleased with both the end result and the service throughout. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with, which made the whole process much smoother.

There was a significant issue during the project that proved quite challenging, but to their credit, the team worked incredibly hard to put things right. Their commitment to sorting it out properly really stood out and gave us confidence in the company.

They also went above and beyond by coming out on a bank holiday weekend to resolve a minor issue – we were really impressed with how quickly and willingly they responded.
