A North Staffordshire road will be closed for more than two months while work takes place on the water mains.
Severn Trent Water will be carrying out mains renewal work on the B5417 Rue Hill Road, Cauldon Low.
The work is due to start at 8am on Monday, February 24, and set to conclude by 5.30pm on May 8.
In their road closure order, Staffordshire County Council said the closure was from junction with the A52 Ashbourne Road/A52 Ash Tree Road to the junction with Ellastone Road – with emergency vehicles and vehicles involved in the work exempted.
Pedestrian access is set to be maintained throughout the planned closure.
The alternative route for traffic is via Ellastone Road, A52 Ash Tree Road and vice versa.
