Police have arrested two people on suspicion of drug offences after seizing phones, cash and a knife.
Officers arrested two men from Wolverhampton after seizing four phones and more than £400 in Stafford today (March 9).
Police then conducted a search of an address in the West Midlands and seized a knife.
A Staffordshire Police spokesman said: “Two arrested from Wolverhampton after suspected drug offences in the Stafford area. Four phones, over £400 cash and a very vague account of why they were in Stafford.
“We followed up on our proactive arrests of two men in the Stafford area today. We have conducted a search of an address in the West Midlands the area and seized this weapon.
“Good result taking another knife off our streets.”
